With two specialized cleaning systems to choose from, FACTORY CATS offer the performance and capacity required to clean your unique application. The “Disk” machines offer gimbaled brush drive and 50% more scrubbing power than competitive brands. The “Cylindricals” scrub and sweep in a single pass.
The scrub deck has curtains and wipers, for unmatched water control. The side shrouds are made of thick steel and remove easily for brush access and adjustments.

The operator sits in a spring-suspensioned, fully adjustable, mid-back chair. The adjustable steering column, headlight, and armrests further enhance operator comfort.
The FACTORY CATS have a powerful drive motor, can climb steep ramps, and come standard with heavy duty tires. Features include an automatic parking brake, and reduction of transport speed while scrubbing or reversing.
Our Central Command II system includes a LCD readout, on-board diagnostics, and three hour meters, simplifying preventive maintenance intervals. If the batteries become too discharged, the FACTORY CATS automatically shut down all systems except “transport”, to allow the machine to return to the charge station.

These rugged and high performance scrubbers offer the productivity of the industry’s largest equipment, but in a more maneuverable package. With two specialized cleaning systems and five deck sizes to choose from, FACTORY CATS XRs offer the results and capacity required to clean your unique application.
The “Disk” XRs offer gimbaled brush drive and 45% more scrubbing power than competitive brands. The “Cylindrical” units reduce or eliminate dust mopping, by sweeping and scrubbing in a single pass.
The scrub decks include adjustable wipers and curtains, for unmatched water control. All components are made of heavy gauge steel for durability and accessibility is designed in to simplify service work.

The PowerBoss Nautilus ride-on scrubber features a quick load hopper that can be moved effortlessly thanks to our Easy Roll Casters, and disposing debris is safe and simple thanks to the Safety Dump debris trays that are standard on every Nautilus. The quick view squeegee makes it easy to adjust, inspect and remove the squeegee, and the optional heavy-duty edge scrub makes cleaning near rack rows and walls easier than ever before. Made to last, the Nautilus features a stainless steel scrub deck, side and rear squeegee frame, debris hopper and squeegee attachment bands.
Professional cleaning results come easily with the Nautilus thanks to two Eaton hydraulic motors and dual 45-inch cylindrical brushes that rotate up to 425 times per minute.
